Incorporated on 16 August 1995, OSK-UOB Unit Trust Management Berhad (OSKUOB) is a joint-venture company between the OSK Group and the UOB Group with a shareholding structure of 70% and 30% respectively. It is ranked amongst the top 10 leaders in the investment management business and as at 15 April 2010 managing funds over RM5.5 billion worth.
The company has been in the industry for over fourteen years and its personnel collectively have over 25 years of experience in the industry covering all aspects of the unit trust industry. The Company is known for providing competitive investment performance and has won many awards.
Presently, the Company has 45 unit trust funds under their stable, many of which are award-winning Funds with good performance track records. Each Fund is managed on the basis of specific objectives and follows a well-defined and consistent strategy. These Funds are grouped under different categories based on their investment objectives.
