Operations Executive (KL)

Responsibilities


  • Process the account opening, subscription, redemption, switching and transfer of units in the Fund in accordance to Funds’ Prospectus or Information Memorandum.
  • Maintain the register of unit holders for each of the Fund.
  • Generate and arrange for confirmation advice and statements of accounts for each Fund to be dispatched to unit holders.
  • Calculate the distribution payment for each unit holder for each Fund who is eligible to receive the distribution declared and the distribution statement.
  • Perform reconciliation of transactions and cash account maintained for the funds.
  • Calculation of monthly trailer fee and sales commission.
  • Any other ad-hoc delegations.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional qualification in accounting, business, finance or related field.
  • Preferably at least 1 – 2 years working experience in Fund Management (UTMC) / Trustee Company / Unit Trust Company (IUTA).
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and other Office applications.
  • Familiar with unit trust operations in unit holder registrar function will be advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, financial and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality of works.
  • Must be self motivated and have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers inside and outside of operations team.


Operations Executive (Collections)

Responsibilities


  • To support regional trail and fee processes.
  • Processing trail commission reports from Fund Managers.
  • Processing fees collection.
  • Handle inter-department enquiries.
  • Quality control and system enhancement of operational processes.
  • To support regional financial product administration.
  • Assisting Team Manager in adhoc duties.

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Tertiary education in Accountancy/Banking & Finance/Business administration with 1 year working experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must.
  • Meticulous and able to work well in a fast pace environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Willing to work during Malaysia Public Holidays.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.


Internship, Operations

Responsibilities


  • Perform daily unit trust administrative support functions.


Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

Client Service Executive (English, Mandarin & Cantonese Speaking)

Responsibilities


  • Handle investors & financial advisers' inquiries and transactional needs via phone, email effectively, efficiently and accurately.
  • Responsible in providing reliable and accurate explanation or solutions professionally and promptly.
  • Able to explain basic investment concepts and product features to investors.
  • Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customers.
  • Consolidate investors & financial advisers' feedback and seek to improve service quality and user-friendliness of iFAST website.
  • Undertakes special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required by superior or business owner.

Requirements


  • Diploma or Degree holder with 1 year working experience (Preferably in Banking, Business, Finance or its equivalent). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Mandarin & Cantonese are mandatory with good English language proficiency.
  • With minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess excellent customer handling techniques.
  • Possess pleasant and good telephone etiquette.

Mobile App Developer (Android / iOS)

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for development and maintenance of the organisation’s mobile and tablet applications.
  • Analyse business requirements and able to translate these requirements into mobile application design.
  • Involve in mobile apps testing and debugging.
  • Highly motivated, creative with the desire to develop cutting-edge applications, and must also have the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements


  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-3 years of software development experience based on Android Platform.
  • 1-3 years of software development experience in iOS would be an added advantage.
  • Completed at least one mobile app.
  • Strong Java skills with extensive knowledge of Android SDK.
  • Familiar with Android Studio, Gradle, Maven, SVN.
  • Experience with third party libraries and APIs.
  • Knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3 would be an advantage.
  • Required languages: Chinese, English.


Java Developer

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for development and maintenance of online portals and enterprise web applications.
  • Gather users’ requirements and able translate users’ requirements into system design.
  • Involve in system testing and debugging.

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Familiar with Java, J2EE, JSP/Servlet.
  • Familiar with Weblogic Application Server & Oracle Database.
  • Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, AJAX would be an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English. Good command of spoken and written English is essential.

Settlements Executive

Responsibilities


  • Keying of clients' cheque / payment slip details into payment receipt register (emails).
  • Prepare bill payment by uploading bill payment files (CIMB, RHB, MBB and SCB) and create FPX funds transfer (RHB).
  • Auto receive and tag trades to receipts & reply all payment slips received by emails.
  • Prepare and perform daily STS reports and FX STS.
  • Prepare daily bank reconciliations.
  • Handle inter department queries.

Requirements


  • At least STPM or Diploma level is required.
  • Responsible and committed with 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Able to meet the cut off time given with sense of urgency.
  • Meticulous and detailed person.
