Client Investment Specialist
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between our research team and customers by helping to improve the communication of investment recommendations and ideas to customers.
- Keep abreast of customer needs and investment market trends.
- Acquire and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve given targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve business goals.
- Deliver effective and efficient transactional and operational support.
Requirements
- Degree holder with 2 years related working experience (Preferably in Banking/Sales/Marketing).
- Good command of spoken and written English, Malay and Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Client-oriented, pleasant, meticulous and obliging disposition.
- Strong interest in investment products. Candidates with the relevant experience will have an added advantage.
- Initiative, self motivated and client centric.

Finance Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly accounts closing and reporting
- Prepare payment vouchers & cheques, update monthly schedules, bank and other reconciliations
- Assist finance team for data input, filing and general accounting operations
Requirements
- LCC Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge in accounting software
- Any ad-hoc duties that may assign from time to time
- Willing to work under tight reporting timeline
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities
- Gather user technical requirements and translate them into system designs.
- Design and develop software modules, web applications and solutions.
- Involve in software testing and quality control.
