Client Services Executive
Responsibilities
- Handle investors & financial advisers inquiries and transactional needs via phone, email and Live Chat services effectively, efficiently and accurately.
- Responsible in providing reliable and accurate explanation or solutions professionally and promptly.
- Able to explain basic investment concepts and product features to investors.
- Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customers.
- Consolidate investors & financial advisers feedback and seek to improve service quality and user-friendliness of Fundsupermart.com & iFAST website.
- Undertakes special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required by superior.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in the Cantonese language is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented, patient, pleasant, meticulous and obliging disposition.
- Strong interest in investment products. Candidates with the relevant experience will have an added advantage.
- Good team player, and yet able work independently when necessary under tight deadlines.
- Contact centre experience in customer service is preferred but not necessary.
- Fast learner, with positive attitude, initiative and self discipline.
- Good problem solving skills and thorough follow through with an ability to multi-task.

Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Coordinating incoming phone calls and Attend to all guests / visitors enquiries at reception counter.
- To handle general and office admin works such as upkeep of the office; maintenance of office equipments, replenishment of office supplies & pantry items, etc.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the sufficient stock of stationary and office beverages in the pantries
- Performs office administrative functions such as monitoring and ordering office supplies stationery and pantry items, sorts and distribute incoming mails.
- Coordinating with service (eg. Scheduling dispatch work, booking of the meeting room, worker pick up services and etc.)
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and e-mails
- Coordinate and maintain records for new staff office space
- Data Entry & follow up work in progress
- Maintain the schedule of meeting room and facilities
- Provide administrative support to other Departments.
- Other duties / ad-hoc assignment as and when required
Requirements
- Min. SPM or higher qualification.
- Candidate with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferable. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Preferably Bumiputra female with Good communication skills ( verbal and written ) in English and Malay.
- Computer literate, pleasant and polite with initiative, independent, proactive, hardworking, sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Good telephone etiquette & presentable.

Responsibilities
- Analysis of unit trusts for research, recommended funds list.
- Writing articles on stock markets, unit trusts and investment-related topics.
- Involved in presentations to clients and financial advisers.
Requirements
- A good degree in Business / Finance / Accountancy / Engineering.

- Strong analytical ability with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and maintenance of online portals and web applications.
- Gather users’ requirements and able translate users’ requirements into system design.
- Involve in system testing and debugging.
