So this month FSM has a promotion on a newly launched A-share unit trust.

I am intrigued as to the timing of the promotion as, 1) it has lost almost 20% in NAV since launching earlier this year, 2) ongoing trade war uncertainty, 3) ongoing internal economic restructuring, 4) approaching the 10-year-you-know-what-cycle. 5) no one knows what companies they hold at the moment.

A key point is that A-share market has lost 40% of its value since its peak in 2015, so people think this is cheap?

I am no expert on Chinese economy so will gladly hear opinions from fellow buddies.
